The total project value is THB 50,000 million, with THB 2,000 million allocated for celebrating the commercial districts. The Emsphere, a shopping centre in the heart of Sukhumvit area, is set to unveil world-class experiences on December 1st. The Mall Life Store Bang Kapi and The Mall Life Store Bang Khae operate under the concept “A Happy Place to Live: A happy place for every family” and has grand celebration planned for December 8th. The Mall Group emphasizes enhancing the city's vibrancy and raising the level of Bangkok.
